Mr. Prasad Keni is the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director of the VerGo Pharma Group. He is a mechanical engineering graduate from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum.
Mr. Keni is a venture capitalist who founded VerGo in 2010. Mr. Keni has spearheaded VerGo's growth from a contract research organization to a contract research, manufacturing & clinical research organization. He has interests in pharmaceuticals, mining, commercial development, real estate and Information Technology.
Dr. Praveen Khullar is Executive Director of the VerGo Pharma Group. He is a Pharmacist by qualification having done M. Pharm from IT, BHU, Varanasi, Ph.D. from Jamia Hamdard, Delhi and PGD in Finance and HR. He has worked in MNCs and Indian Pharma Industry, led network of R&D Centers and managed global Pharma manufacturing sites in US, Europe and APJ region.
Dr. Khullar has interest in New Product Development, Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Regulatory Affairs and Bioequivalence Studies. He brings to VerGo his extensive multi-national experience and expertise in Management of R&D, Contract manufacturing, Clinical and Custom synthesis as per business strategy. He continues to contribute on several professional forums focusing on Healthcare, Pharma Industry, Education and skill building initiatives.
Mr. Kashyap Keni is a Director of the VerGo Pharma Group. An industrial engineering graduate from R V College of Engineering, Bengaluru, Kashyap is a former management consultant at PwC PL India. At VerGo, Kashyap focuses on growth strategy and business development. He has interests in investment management, consulting, Information Technology and angel investing.
Mr. Rajiv Mundhra is a Chief Finance Officer of the VerGo Pharma Group. He is an ACA, ACS, ACMA by qualification. He has Vast Experience in domain such as Business Planning and Controlling, Financial Accounting, Audits, Internal Control, Taxation, and Legal matters.
Dr. S. Vijaya Srinivas is the Research and Development Head of VerGo Pharma Group. He is a Pharmacist by qualification with an M. Pharm and Ph.D. from Andhra University, PG Diploma in Patent Laws from NALSAR University of Law. He has a Six Sigma-Green Belt from iACE.
Dr. Srinivas has experience in developing generic product for US, EU, Canada, ROW and ASEAN markets, with expertise in the development of Solid orals, Liquid orals, Sterile dosage forms, and Drug product of NCE molecules.
Mr. Sanjeevkumar Shet is a Head - Technical Operations of the VerGo Pharma Group. He is B.Pharm by qualification.
He has expertise in handling Oral solid, Oral liquid, Semi solid and Injectable manufacturing processes and supply chain for regulated markets such as UK, EU, US, Australia, Brazil, and WHO-Geneva.
He is well acquainted with regulatory compliances and post approval variations.
